faulty shower unhelpful service
My stay began smoothly. however, i encountered a malfunctioning shower in my room, and one of the windows wouldn't open. This made the room stuffy. it took multiple calls to reception before someone addressed these issues. ultimately, i found the inconvenience quite frustrating, especially given the hotel's reputation and pricing. THERE was no offer of any discount for the trouble.

lovely view ample parking
The grounds are well-kept. I saw sheep and horses. There is ample parking. I also noticed a lovely view of the lake near the parking area.
The staff seemed few, so I had to look for someone to request additional drinks.
